Do I need a prescription?
All orders are required to have prescriptions as per local and international laws. In order to make your shopping experience hassle free, our qualified on-staff physician will issue a prescription for each order so we can legally fill and ship your prescription.

Since our physician cannot physically examine the patient, we recommend you seek a physical and medical examination with your local physician or family doctor.

I have a prescription, how can I get it to you?
The easiest method is to write your doctor's name and phone number in the "Special Instructions" during checkout. Other methods include scanning the prescription and emailing it to us. We are presently working to setup a dedicated phone number for faxing prescriptions.

Do you accept insurance?
We are sorry but we do not accept health insurance. We have tried to make our products affordable enough to make it easier for you to buy the medicines. Our prices are often cheaper even if you were to buy them locally with assistance from your insurance provider.
