There are
two ways to check whether your order has gone through or to find
your order number.
1)
Login to your account on our system by going to "LOGIN / MY
ACCOUNT" in the toolbar at the top. Once you have logged into
your account, you can click on "ORDER STATUS" to get the
status of your past orders. Orders initially have the status of
"New Order" and within 2 business days become "Completed"
as your order ships out. If your order has a status of "Not
Finalized" please check your credit card statement for the
charge and if the charge appears, contact us at customerservice@ShopRxToday.com
If you did
not create an account by providing a password when you made your
purchase, you will need to use the second method described below
to find your order.
2)
Check your credit card statement for a charge by EILPAY-RXTOBUY.COM
or ibizzt.com.
All transactions on this site will appear on your statement as EILPAY-RXTOBUY.COM
or ibizzt.com. You can check your statement online if you have online
banking or you can call the toll free customer service phone number
on the back of your credit card. The charge may take up to 3 business
days to appear after your transaction.
If
after using both methods above, you are unable to locate a charge
on your statement and an order number that is "Completed"
please contact
us for further assistance.
